What to prepare before using it
- A clear buyer role and market segment, including who should be excluded.
- The commercial outcome of the offer and the reason the buyer may care now.
- Approved proof, examples and factual boundaries that the message may use.
How to judge the output
A useful result is short, relevant to one segment, grounded in approved proof and easy to answer. It should contain one question and no claim that the sender cannot support.
Why use this format?
A Claude Code skill stays available as a named workflow and can use the context in the current project. That makes it useful when the task will be repeated, reviewed and improved over time.
Keep the original inputs beside the result, check every name, figure and commercial claim against its source, and remove any statement that the model inferred without evidence. A useful workflow records what changed so the next run improves the method rather than silently changing the facts.
What it does not replace
The skill writes and reviews copy. It does not verify contact data, configure sending infrastructure or guarantee replies. Those controls still need a real operator.
